At Aster & Co, we carefully package every order so your pieces arrive safely and beautifully. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping, processing times, pickup options, and what to do if something goes wrong with your delivery.

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

During busy seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or high-volume launches, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled.

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship across Canada.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and available carrier options. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination, but most Canadian orders arrive within approximately 2–10 business days after they have been shipped.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, remote delivery areas, or circumstances outside of our control.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at checkout.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before coming to collect your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Aster & Co is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [insert email address]. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are managed by the carrier.

At this time, Aster & Co primarily ships within Canada.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.
