All orders are eligible for In-Store Pickup. 

Online orders placed for in store pick up will be held for 14 days. After 14 days, customers will be reminded to pick up their items. Orders not picked up are subject to a full refund, at Aster & Co.'s discretion. Please contact us if alternate arrangements need to be made.

We are happy to offer $15 flat rate shipping within Manitoba, and $20 flat rate shipping for all other Canadian provinces and territories.

We partner with a variety of trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier handling your shipment. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships!

Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days with the original receipt. Items must be in new, unused condition, with tags attached.

The following are considered as final sale; earrings, intimates, gift cards, and items marked as sale/clearance.

ONLINE ORDERS

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the purchase date for in-store pickup orders or 14 days from the delivery date for shipped orders. Items must be in new, unused condition with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Returns can be made in-store or by mail at the customer’s expense. Aster & Co. is not responsible for any shipping fees.
